Dinner, Above the Water and Below It

The resort's four restaurants are built to be visited in sequence rather than defaulted to. Sangu Beach leans into Arabic flavours on the sand, while Ozar sits on stilts over the lagoon for a dinner with nothing between the table and the water but a few metres of air. The RESERVE plan removes the usual all-inclusive ceiling: premium pours, champagne and fine wine are included rather than upgraded into, which changes how a week here actually feels at the table.
